ANGIS live in Kilkim Žaibu festival after 11 years of silence

After 11 years of silence ANGIS is back in the game! And no, the band has not changed in any way. We are proud to announce that the original line up of the album “Praeities Ženklai” (“Signs Of The Past”) is back together: Aivaras – vocals, Tadas – guitar, Darius Šatras – guitar, Giedrius – bass and Gytis – drums!

Statement of the band ANGIS: “During all these years of silence there were numerous attempts to get original band members back together, but for many reasons there was no luck… And today we proudly say – let’s forget those reasons as they don’t matter anymore – now we are stronger than ever! Even the fact that some of us live in different towns and countries is not in our way! This only proves how determined we are!

ANGIS has got 2 gigs confirmed in summer 2015. The first one is heavy metal and folk music festival “Kilkim Žaibu”, taking part this year in Žagarė, in June. The other show we will announce later. Stay tuned for that! On both shows we will perform tracks from “Praeities Ženklai” and few other songs that unfortunately didn’t get recorded at the time.

We won’t speculate about band’s future at this point, the time will tell what Gods have decided. Today we are happy and proud to say – the flames are burning again!”
